Innovation sprints sometimes end with a sea of post it notes and sticky dots and no clear direction. Dig Insights’ approach is different; we go from expansive to specific. Redefine the box

“Think outside the box” is one of the least useful things you can tell a group of people. It’s our job to redefine the box, leading to breakthrough thinking. We present your team with new learning that inspires new thinking: like a review of your existing research, trends exploration in your category and adjacent categories, AI-enabled exploration, and live consumer panels.

Gamify the process

We want the process to be rigorous but to feel inspiring. One of the tools we employ is gamification. Examples of this include the use of innovation games, using imagery and metaphors to inspire new thinking, and a shark tank exercise where teams pitch their best ideas. 

Instead of wasting another 6 months of productivity, which would have cost us a million dollars, we saved 6 months of back and forth.

And stakeholders saw $$$ in their eyeballs. You’re only as good as the decisions that get made. As an insights person, I was able to add so much value to the business and insert myself into the most important strategic innovation decisions.
