Make curiosity a part of your every day
One thing I love about Dig is I have never been persuaded away from knowledge, and if anything have been encouraged to try new things. Sometimes that is failure and sometimes that is success, but in both cases, I’m always congratulated on at least trying! I think that’s what helps us be such an innovative company.
