Upsiide, the innovation insights platform created by Dig Insights, has recently completed their Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type 1 Certification.

Performed by A-LIGN, a leading cybersecurity and compliance firm, the audit affirms that Upsiide’s information security policies, procedures, and operations meet the standard for SOC 2.

Upsiide will complete their Type 2 audit in January 2022.

The SOC 2 certification will make it easier to accelerate the adoption of the Upsiide platform across enterprise consumer brands.

Frank Beirne, who leads Technology at Upsiide, is excited about this new development: “SOC 2 is a huge achievement for us; it underlines the importance Upsiide places on customer security and privacy. We can now meet or exceed the requirements of our most security-centric clients and provide additional peace of mind to all our users. “.

Upsiide has been rapidly adding features and functionality to the platform. Most recently, the product team has launched Templates, a feature that empowers teams to create reusable study and audience templates, and Idea Split, a feature that helps teams test ideas against their businesses’ success metrics.

About Upsiide

Upsiide is an automated insights platform for marketing and insight teams. It helps them predict which ideas, concepts, and designs will perform best in-market, clarifying what the right move is for your business’s future.

Upsiide was created by Dig Insights, a tech-enabled insight and strategy consultancy that’s on a mission to help businesses answer the question, ‘What next?’

Dig Insights does this by empowering their team of researchers, analysts, data scientists, and strategists with tech-enabled methodologies that ask questions in the language that consumers use in their everyday life. They present insights in a language that is more concrete (e.g. volumetric projections), more engaging (e.g. emojis or image collages) and more enlightening (e.g. data visualization to reveal underlying patterns).

Dig Insights has offices in Toronto, Chicago, and London, and has been working with global brands since 2010.
