Upsiide, the innovation insights platform created by Dig Insights, has completed their Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Certification.

Performed by A-LIGN, a leading cybersecurity and compliance firm, the audit affirms that Upsiide’s information security policies, procedures, and operations meet the standard for SOC 2.

There are two types of SOC compliance – we have completed both. Type 1 reviews the design of your organization’s controls at a point and type, and Type 2 reviews how well we safeguard customer data and controls, among other things.

The SOC 2 certification will make it easier for enterprise-grade consumer brands to accelerate the adoption of the Upsiide platform across business units.

Frank Beirne, who leads Technology at Upsiide, is excited about this new development:

SOC 2 is a huge achievement for us; it underlines the importance Upsiide places on customer security and privacy. We can now meet or exceed the requirements of our most security-centric clients and provide additional peace of mind to all our users.

Upsiide has been rapidly adding features and functionality to the platform.

About Upsiide

Upsiide is a SaaS platform that reinvents how enterprise companies screen, optimize, and build a business case for innovation. Upsiide considers innovation to be any change that shifts consumer decisions in your favor. This wholistic view is the basis for an intuitive platform that can assess new products, services, communication, packages, menu items, features, claims, etc.

Upsiide is unique in three ways: it uses behavior in a gamified environment to predict choice in market, it places innovations in a competitive context, ensuring that it identifies innovations that can succeed in a competitive context, and it automates data visualization and share forecasting that was previously reserved for expensive, time-consuming engagements.

Upsiide is built by the consumer-decision experts at Dig Insights.
